I worked for 21 years with the State of Tennessee and retired from that job and went to work for the City of Tiptonville. I worked for
the city for 13 years and retired May 31. I have been very active in community and church work as well as being involved with my grandchildren.
I recently went to work part time at Tiptonville Public Library.

When I was in Home Econ., 8th grade, Miss Sue Belle Nance had me making a cake and she told me to separate the white from the yolk. So, I cracked the egg, put the shell in one bowl and the white and yolk in the other bowl. I had no idea how to separate a yolk from the white so I was quite embarrassed about this.
