My wife and I of 37 years were teachers. Kerrie taught special ed and I taught French and English. We have made several trips to Europe with many of our students. We are now retired.

Once I was reading aloud The Canterbury Tales in English IV class per Ms.Virginia Hayes's instructions, and when it came to the part that was supposed to say, "fat partridges" I said "fart patridges." Everyone started laughing, but I did not know why until someone told me after class.
